Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your order before the product has been shipped to you by emailing us at info@fadoo.co and including your order number and date of placing the order, the company will process your refund within 3 working days. Any payment processing charges incurred in receiving or refunding your order will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You may receive a refund only after 7-14 days of canceling your order, depending on the refund policy of the payment gateway provider that you have used to make the payment. We will not be able to issue any refund to you if you cancel your order after the product has been shipped to you.
